2025 at KGC was not just another year on the calendar—it was a journey of learning, experimenting and growing together.
On the culture front, we found more reasons to come together as one team. From high-energy cricket tournaments to heartfelt Women’s Day celebrations, the “KGC family” spirit was visible across locations. We introduced a new tradition, Wellness Month, to focus on the people who keep our operations moving every single day. Independence Day brought a special highlight: a sustainability-themed celebration where one location used only in-house materials to create an impressive Operation Sindoor model.
Operationally, we strengthened the way we serve our customers. We added 10,000 sq. ft under managed warehousing, started a regular Pune–Chennai route and upgraded our internal ERP system for sharper tracking and control. Each step was designed to make our network more reliable and responsive.
The year also carried proud moments of recognition and individual growth. KGC received the “Most Trusted Partner” award from MB India and the “On-Time Excellence Award” from Tata Motors. Our green initiative through creative box-making showcased our commitment to reducing waste. Within the team, Sachin championed sustainability efforts, while Pradeep stepped up as Warehouse Incharge.
This journey sets a strong foundation—and we are poised for an even better, more impactful 2026.
