Starting in 2015, Nilesh has grown into a key pillar in in-plant and warehouse operations. His ability to manage critical line supply teams and deliver results under pressure has made him a dependable leader. A standout moment? Earning accolades during a high-stakes export project.

Pooja joined in 2023 handling data entry, but her curiosity and initiative have taken her further. Now a Senior Executive in HR, she handles salary processing through digital systems and is rapidly mastering compliance – a vital area in people management.

Starting as an office boy in 1998, Vijay is now Manager – Transportation, overseeing operations and customer service at our Mumbai hub. His initiative in mastering import documentation and streamlining processes speaks volumes about internal mobility at KGC.
