Santosh Shinde: A Journey of Self-Learning and Versatility
Santosh joined KGC in 2005 as a Transportation Assistant and has risen through the ranks to become Assistant Manager. Along the way, he overcame challenges, including pursuing his graduation while working (2017–2020), and transitioned between diverse roles, from billing to operations. Today, he leads operations at KGC’s newest warehouse in Pune, dedicated to Godrej Group.

Saurabh Bagwe: Driving Efficiency Through Leadership and Upskilling
Saurabh joined KGC in April 2021 as a Senior Executive overseeing documentation and outbound operations for Mercedes-Benz Parts Warehouse. Today, as Assistant Manager and Warehouse In-charge, he leads a team of 75 while improving operational efficiency through innovative strategies.
Key Achievements:
- Increased daily dispatch quantities.
- Reduced outbound turnaround time (TAT).
- Developed and trained new executives to strengthen the team.
