KGC Logistics

Not Just Roles, But Responsibility!

This month’s stories highlight something deeper than promotions or new roles. They show what happens when people take initiative, solve problems, and quietly shape KGC's culture from within. This is growth that doesn’t need a spotlight to be seen.

Picking Up Where It Was Left

Tushar Sudrik started at KGC back in 2008, straight after college. He left in 2016 and returned in 2022, stepping into billing, cash management, procurement, and GST. But he didn’t just return to fill a position. He clarified the chaos, fixed gaps in the supply process, and helped streamline GST work. What stands out to him is the stability systems bring and the space KGC gives people to return, restart, and rebuild with trust.

Growth That Follows Curiosity

When Pranav Apte joined as Manager for Business Development and Customer Connect, he already had experience in transportation. But that wasn’t enough for him. He dived deep into warehousing and in-plant logistics to understand the whole picture. Since then, he has helped professionalise sales, expand service verticals, and led marketing initiatives without a whole team behind him. What keeps him going is a culture where questions are welcomed and managers are approachable.

A Culture of Safety Starts Small

Sujit Subedar came in as a Manager for in-plant and warehouse operations. But he quickly saw where small actions could create lasting change. He launched training programs and awareness campaigns that helped reduce safety incidents to zero and significantly reduced handling damage. His story reminds us that operational excellence doesn’t just come from processes—it comes from people who care.

Climbing Without Cutting Corners

Anil Badhe joined as an Operator in 2018 while pursuing his MBA. By 2023, he was leading a team of 20 as a senior executive. His story is about quiet consistency. He values how KGC promotes from within and recognizes people not for how loudly they work but for how well they do.

The Quiet Core of KGC

Not everyone at KGC works in the spotlight, but that’s never the point. These stories are built on initiative, not instruction, on trust, not titles, and on the growth that comes from showing up, staying curious, and putting care into the everyday.

At KGC, it’s not just what you do, but how you grow while doing it.
