Not every milestone comes with applause. Some come with quiet grit, daily effort, and a steady hand. This edition brings forward two journeys—very different paths, one common thread: growth that’s real, earned, and respected.
The Architect Behind the Desk: Vallari Dupare

Back in 2012, Vallari joined KGC as a Management Trainee—with no HR team to guide her, just a clean slate and big expectations. She didn’t just build the HR function—she built the language in which we speak to each other at work.
From drawing up org charts and policies to defining KPIs and job roles, Vallari set the ground rules. And when KGC began scaling fast, she took on payroll processing. That’s not all—she led employee engagement initiatives and even anchored our ISO certification program.
What kept her going? The freedom to think, the space to act. “There’s flexibility here,” she says. “And the door is always open for new ideas.”
The Fixer on the Floor: Rahul Lohat
If Vallari shaped KGC from a desk, Rahul helped shape it from the ground up. He came on board in 2017 as an operator. By 2020, he was a team leader. In 2023, a supervisor with 78 people reporting to him.
But his real breakthrough? A dispatch problem that had 150 boxes eating up space and time. Rahul streamlined the process, cut it down to less than 60 boxes—and saved a lot more than just space.
What does he value? “Clarity,” he says. “I know what’s expected. And I know this team has my back.”

Quiet Wins, Loud Impact
At KGC, titles are earned. But what we really celebrate are the silent wins—the ones you don’t hear about in meetings, but feel in the way things run smoother. These stories are reminders that every role matters, and every skill finds space here.
