Leadership Through Experience
Shrikant Joshi’s story isn’t one of a straight climb but of resilience. Starting as a clerk in 1987, he grew into roles like a junior accountant and Manager. After a brief entrepreneurial break, he returned to KGC in 2021, this time leading as GM—Operations. What does he appreciate the most? The trust KGC enjoys in the market and among its people. For Shrikant, KGC's open-door culture makes all the difference.
Rising with the Team
Gajanan Nagulkar’s journey from operator to supervisor in just a few years reflects how much KGC values real-time support and training. Starting in 2018, his hard work and KGC’s backing saw him grow into a Material Coordinator before taking charge as a supervisor in 2023. Now, managing a team of 13 forklift drivers and four helpers, he leads operations focusing on teamwork and the technological advancements KGC emphasizes.

Vikas Dupte started as a helper in 2009 and steadily grew into his current role as senior executive. Managing relationships in the transportation sector, his daily interactions are rooted in trust and communication. Vikas sees firsthand the respect KGC's name commands in the industry.
