Raw materials and components for assembling finished products arrive at our warehouse, where we maintain real-time inventory records to ensure accuracy and availability. Based on daily production plans, raw materials are delivered to the plant the evening before they are needed, ensuring a smooth production process. Finished products are transported back to the warehouse daily, ensuring minimum inventory at the plant level.
Outbound Operations
Finished products stored in our warehouse are dispatched based on instructions received from the customer through a digital platform. This digital integration ensures timely and accurate delivery, meeting the high standards expected by our clients.
Top-notch Warehousing Operations
